เรารู้สึกตื่นเต้นที่จะประกาศเปิดตัว Mobile App ใหม่ของ LITTLE HELP CONNECT (HubSpot LINE Integration) ที่หลายคนรอคอย!  
ตอนนี้คุณสามารถจัดการ Customer Communications ได้อย่างราบรื่นยิ่งขึ้น — ไม่ว่าจะอยู่นอกสถานที่หรือกำลังเดินทางก็ตาม

### **Key Improvements in the New Mobile App**

**1. Significant Enhancements in User Experience**

**    ** จากการวิเคราะห์ Feedback อย่างละเอียดจาก User Interviews เราสามารถระบุปัญหาในเวอร์ชันก่อนของแอปได้อย่างชัดเจน โดยอ้างอิงจาก Insight เหล่านี้ เราได้ออกแบบและสร้าง UI/UX ขึ้นใหม่ทั้งหมด เพื่อยกระดับ Usability ของแอปอย่างก้าวกระโดด

**2. Google Login Integration**

**     **ก่อนหน้านี้ Little help Connect Mobile App ยังไม่รองรับ Google Login ทำให้ผู้ใช้ที่ใช้ Google Authentication บนเวอร์ชันเว็บต้องตั้งรหัสผ่านแยกต่างหาก แต่ด้วยการอัปเดตครั้งนี้ Google Login ได้รับการรองรับแล้ว ทำให้การใช้งานแอปง่ายและสะดวกขึ้นอย่างมาก

**3. Enhanced Push Notifications**

**    ** เมื่อแตะ Push Notification ของข้อความที่ได้รับ ตอนนี้ระบบจะเปิดไปยังหน้าจอแชทของ Contact ที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรง ทำให้โต้ตอบได้รวดเร็วและเป็นธรรมชาติมากขึ้น ฟีเจอร์นี้เป็นหนึ่งในคำขอที่ได้รับจากผู้ใช้จำนวนมาก  
    นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้ปรับปรุงความเสถียรของ Push Notification และทำให้ขั้นตอนการแก้ปัญหา (Troubleshooting) ง่ายขึ้นในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหา
